20213292021-05-27. Fuel System. Issue: On certain vehicles, the fuel rail assembly could develop a leak. Note: This recall only affects vehicles equipped with a Cummins L9 or ISX12 diesel engine. Safety Risk: A fuel leak can create the risk of a fire. Corrective Actions: Cummins will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a Cummins authorized service center to inspect the fuel rail. If damage is found, the fuel rail and fuel lines will be replaced. If no damage is found, the fuel rail will be reassembled with new crush washers using a special tool.
20195132019-10-11. Label. Issue: On certain buses, the labels for the push-out emergency exit windows do not have clear directions for how to open the window. Safety Risk: In an emergency situation, a person that cannot quickly understand how to open an emergency exit window could have an increased risk of injury. Corrective Actions: Temsa will notify owners by mail and instruct them to take their vehicle to a Temsa service center to inspect the emergency exit window labels, and replace them as necessary. Alternatively, Temsa will provide owners with the replacement labels and instructions for installing them.
20194252019-08-02. Steering. Issue: On certain buses, the hydraulic steering hoses may be not be routed properly. As a result, the hoses may be damaged during use. This could cause a hyraulic fluid leak and a loss of power steering assist. Safety Risk: A loss of power steering assist would result in a sudden increase in steering effort, especially at low vehicle speeds. This could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: The company will notify owners and instruct them to inspect routing of the hydraulic steering hoses. If the hoses are found damaged, they will be replaced and re-routed as necessary.
