Service bulletins for the 2016 Subaru Crosstrek
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.
358 on file from NHTSA, as of 2026-10-19.

| 07-147-19 | 2019-03-11. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:12V/24V/48V BATTERY. In the Service Manual for the CROSSTREK hybrid model, the diagnostic procedures for P1C06 and P1C07, which are DTCs for checking the relay, have no steps for specifically checking the relay. Therefore, if trouble occurs in the 12 V battery relay, the Hybrid Power Control Module (HPCM) ends up being replaced even though nothing may be wrong with it. |
