55112621A2018-11-26. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY; EQUIPMENT. Bumper Step Pad Customer may notice the center section of the step pad is not sitting flat. It will appear raised either left or right of center. Please photograph the condition, measure the gap between the bumper and step pad. Then contact Jim Allie via Cell Phone (248) 736-5349 with this information. We may want to have the whole bumper assembly returned for study. ~ If the dealership is within the Metro Detroit Area, Jim would like to analyze the vehicle in person prior to repair. ~ If the dealership is not close, please take pictures and a detailed description of what is causing the issue including where on the Step Pad the issue is occurring. A customer may experience one or more of the following conditions: · Radio display screen will lock up and reset intermittently. · Incorrect routing directions to fuel stations when using Travel Link. · Unable to turn on heated seats; icon is greyed out. · Navigation screen goes blank. · Navigation system freezes/locks up. · Vehicles with Mopar special edition radio will update radio?s splash screen. · Navigation icon shows the vehicle going backward when it?s moving forward.
