P20EE SCR NOX Catalyst Efficiency Below Threshold Bank 1 This bulletin involves verifying the proper operation of the Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) system and, if necessary, replacing the Selective Catalyst Reduction (SCR) Catalyst assembly. Customers may experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination. Upon further investigation the Technician may find Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) P20EE SCR NOX Catalyst Efficiency Below Threshold Bank 1 set in the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) memory.
08-111-152019-05-20. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. RA1 Radio Enhancements This bulletin involves updating the software on the RA1 Radio. A customer may experience, one or more of the following conditions: ? Radio may reset, turn itself off and then back on again. All Symptom Listed Below Are For 2013 Vehicles Only: ? Radio may be muted. Any of DTCs B1400-92-Front Left Audio Speaker Output - Performance Incorrect Operation and/or B1404-92- Front Right Audio Speaker Output - Performance Incorrect Operation and/or B1408-92-Rear Left Audio Speaker Output - Performance Incorrect Operation and/or B140C-92-Rear Right Audio Speaker Output - Performance Incorrect Operation, maybe active or stored. ? Radio display screen may turn off. ? Radio will stay on after the vehicle is turned off with remote. (Applies to vehicle with Mopar remote start add on package only). ? Radio will stay on for 20 minutes after ignition is turned off and the only way to turn off the radio is by pressing the power button on the radio. Software was updated to have the radio shut off based on the cluster accessory delay setting.

08-108-152019-05-20. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Vehicle System Interface Module Unresponsive This bulletin involves reprogramming the Vehicle System Interface Module (VSIM) with the latest available software. Customers may notice uplift components connected to the VSIM inoperative at times. This is caused by a condition where as the VSIM locks up and becomes unresponsive. No DTCs will be reported for loss of communication between the VSIM and Central Body Controller (CBC). This can be corrected by updating the VSIM with the latest available software. SYMPTOM ONLY FOR 2013 DD AND DP with Power Take Off Prep (Sales Code LBN) Customers may experience after 30 minutes of operation the PTO may shut off. The PTO will start working again after the ignition is cycled.

Customers may experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination. Upon further investigation the Technician may find one or more of the following Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) have been set: ? P0300 - Multiple Cylinder Misfire, cold Idle misfire (DJ,D2 or DD vehicles only). ? P030X - Cylinder Misfire (any cylinder) (Additional improvements over the last software update). ? P04D1 - Cooled EGR Temperature Sensor Circuit High. ? P04D0 - Cooled EGR Temperature Sensor Circuit Low. ? P2504 - Charging System Output High. ? P0441 - Evap Purge System Performance. ? P2066 - Fuel Level Sensor 2 Performance. ? P0401 - EGR System Performance (DJ/D2 vehicles only). ? P2096 - Downstream Fuel Trim System 1 Lean (DD/DP vehicles only). ? P2098 - Downstream Fuel Trim System 2 Lean (DD/DP vehicles only). ? P0740 - TCC Out of Range (DD vehicles equipped with a DFP automatic transmission). Customers may also experience any of the following conditions: ? Slightly elevated idle speed noticed during engine warm-up when in Reverse or Drive and when operating in cold ambient temperatures. ? PTO mobile mode cancels or deactivates when vehicle comes to a stop (DD/DP vehicles only). ? Engine cycles in and out of MDS mode too often when operating in PTO stationary mode (DD/DP vehicles only). ? Flash: 6.7L Diagnostic And System Improvements This bulletin involves selectively erasing and reprogramming the Engine Control Module (ECM/PCM) with new software. Several software improvements are available for vehicles equipped with a Cummins 6.7L turbo Diesel. WARNING:There will be a choice between 2 calibrations. One for vehicles that utilize an ammonia sensor and one for vehicles that have had the ammonia sensor removed. Be sure to select the correct software based on vehicle configuration. Knocking Noise From Engine After Sitting Overnight This bulletin involves evaluating the engine for cold start knocking noise typically after an overnight cold soak. Some engines during this build period may have been built with incorrect piston wrist pins. The wrist pins will cause an audible knocking noise upon start up. The knocking noise will typically reduce after approximately 30 minutes of idle time. Engine replacement will be required. Some customers may comment they hear an audible knocking noise coming form the engine after start up for approximately 30 minutes. This only occurs after cold start when the vehicle has been sitting over night.

A customer may experience, one or more of the following conditions. ? Improved Radio security protection to reduce the potential risk of unauthorized and unlawful access to vehicle systems (U.S. Market Only). ? Track names may be displayed twice in USB or SD media modes. ? SD, USB or BTSA modes may become non-functional for a given ignition cycle. ? Duplicate song titles may be displayed in USB mode. ? Intermittently the Global Positioning System (GPS) may lose it?s location for a short time and causes routing and positioning concerns. ?
