Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) Assembly For Cummins equipped vehicles ONLY: If a customer comes in with a check engine light for P2002 which has led to replacing the DPF, please contact Dean Armstrong at cell (248) 202-8148. Cummins engineering is currently investigating the root cause to this condition. If you do not receive an answer or call back within 15 minutes, proceed with the repair.

EQUIPMENT. 2018MY Front License Plate Bracket Ram HD ONLY: Do not order this part because you observe (4) attachments in the 2018 DJ, D2, DD, DF and DP Front Bumper and the supplied License Plate Bracket only has provisions for 2 attachments. The 2017 level part (68031880AA) with 2 attachments was intentionally shipped, is compatible, and should be used.

During a new vehicle preparation, the technician may notice the transmission fluid level is low.

Customer complaints may include abnormal engine noise, rough idle, lack of power, misfire. Upon investigation, it may be found that there is excessive camshaft lobe wear/lifter wear (roller failure) on one or more cam lobes and that camshaft/lifter replacement is necessary.

Backup camera screen is blue (DT and KL). Green horizontal lines appear across screen (DT and KL). Anti-theft code request message. Backup camera screen is blank. Lines appear across screen. Radio control screen is blank or locked. Radio reset intermittently. Unable to adjust audio volume. Unable to switch modes between AM, FM, SAT or Media.
