Replace the DDM or PDM per detailed repair information in Service Library or reference Star Online Publlication S2008000182. Replacing regulators or motors will not correct this issue.

If cracks are found please replace the intake manifold and intake manifold mounting bolts with P/N 06510314AA or later, torquing the bolts to specification when installing. If no cracks are found around the mounting holes, the intake manifold is OK to re-install during re-assembly using NEW mounting bolts p/n 06510314AA or later and torquing to specification.
