Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) Assembly If a customer comes in with a check engine light for P2002 which has led to replacing the DPF, please contact Dean Armstrong at cell (248)-202-8148. Cummins engineering is currently investigating the root cause to this condition. If you do not receive an answer or call back within 15 minutes, proceed with the repair.

Intake Grid Heater Grid Heater Relay 2012 - 2016 6.7L Cummins engines with Intake Heater issues or DTC P2609 and P0542, please replace the Intake Heater Grid and Relay as a set. 68210071A$ (relay) and 05187880A$ (grid). Inspect electrical cable between the heater grid and relay for signs of possible overheating. Replace cable as necessary.

Housing: Oil Filter Adapter Cummins equipped trucks ONLY; If you are replacing the oil filter adapter as a result of thread damage to the oil filter connector (Spud), DO NOT replace the entire adapter assembly. The oil filter connector is available separately (Part Number 04429355).~ If ordering an adapter due to some other issue, you must also order an oil bypass valve Mopar Part # 04797726AB, as these are not reusable. Please refer to all applicable published service information for oil bypass valve installation

If you don't receive a response within 20 minutes, then continue with normal repair procedure.~ Please follow this procedure to resolve Center Floor Console noise (e.g. ticking, buzz, squeak, rattle):~ 1) Remove tape/film from the Center Floor Console latching surfaces within the Armrest Lid {upper compartment} & bezel and Storage Bin {lower compartment} latch & bezel surfaces).~ 2) Apply interior cleaner onto cloth to remove the tape/film adhesive from the plastic latch & bezel and Storage Bin & Armrest Lid contact surfaces.~ Verify problem is resolved.
