Customers may also comment on the following:Black radio screen with audio at start up (backup camera functions normally).

Customers may experience one or more of the following:Phone notification volume pops up while switching between driver profiles. Media widget gets "blacked out" on SXM? after switching user profiles. In light theme mode and in balance/fade menu, hard to see the position icon. In shortcuts menu pulled down from status bar, the right side arrow is highlighted like it can be selected. This should be greyed out like the left arrow. Compass not showing or showing incorrect direction. When on a phone call with wireless connectivity, echo noise can be heard. SXM? radio audio is playing in vehicle speakers while call is ongoing. SXM? radio stuck on current channel, no audio and unable to navigate to other channels using soft keys or knob.

Radio Over The Air Software Version Updates This bulletin provides information regarding the latest Flash Over The Air (FOTA) update and provides the service technician an overview of the steps a customer will need to take to complete the update. The radio software will be updated from S23.13 to S24.13The national launch for the FOTA is expected to begin June 11, 2022. Customers may experience one or more of the following: No Verbal warnings on navigation. Audio Overlap between sources. Radio doesn?t recognize the vehicle is in park. No keyboard pop up, vehicles setting are hidden. Radio presets are not saving. Audio mute on calls (Phone, SOS and Ecall). Radio resets. Radio screen freezes.The rear view camera display, will work properly if the radio display screen freezes. Audio disruptions. Unable to connect compatible wireless connectivity device. It can be heard while standing outside the vehicle, resonating from the front wheel well areas. If the noise is present, it is normally heard at idle and the frequency of the noise will follow engine speed.
