SPEAKER, 6"x9" Right or Left For a buzz, squeak or rattle (BSR) concern coming from the door speaker area please check that when removing the door trim panel, it doesn't come off with the two-stage push-pin clips (in vehicles that have this type of clip, not the ones with a screw) ONLY with its outer clip. If found to have any clip coming with both inner and outer part, please replace the clips with new ones (as old ones might have already been deformed) and reinstall the door trim. Upon further investigation the technician may find that one or moreof the following Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) have been set: B18BA-12 - Window Control - Circuit Short to Battery B18BA-13 - Window Control - Circuit Open In addition the customer may notice one or more of the following:Driver and/or passenger windows stop working. If window switch is held in the up position for two seconds the obstructionautodown function, may not work. Windows may go up slower than expected.

Driver Side Rambox Opens By Itself Unprompted This bulletin involves removing the driver side Rambox and replacing the Rambox door lock actuator wiring harness with a jumper wiring harness. The customer may comment on one or more of the following:Every time the vehicle is unlocked the driver side Rambox opens. Driver side Rambox opens for no reason.This can happen while the vehicle is sitting over night, or if the vehicle is left unlocked.
