Once the FOTA has been completed, the software level will be 39.6.Review the table below to determine when the FOTA is due to be release. The release time is based on the current radio?s software application level. Customers may experience one or more of the following: Intermittently, when going into reverse, the rear view camera screen is blank. Intermittently, gridlines are not on the display screen when in reverse.
S2111000001RevA2022-09-26. Service bulletin. WHEELS; BACK OVER PREVENTION. Customer complains of a brief metallic ticking/rattling/ringing noise after a cold start-up. It can be heard while standing outside the vehicle, resonating from the front wheel well areas. If the noise is present, it is normally heard at idle and the frequency of the noise will follow engine speed.

Also verify harness connection between high mounted stop lamp and body harness for bent pins or loose connection at XY310A, XY485A inlines. Please create and send a copy of the vehicle scan report and specify radio SW version and radio head unit ID toFCA Redacted Content or call FCA Redacted Content for any additional questions or assistance needed. If no response in 15 minutes, proceed with repair. Please be sure to attach a copy of the Vehicle Scan Report on the repair order.
