| 2024503 | 2024-09-05. Brakes. Issue: On certain trucks, a software problem could cause the electronic stability control (ESC) system not to work. As a result, the vehicles may not meet certain requirements of Canadian regulations. Note: This problem would cause warning lights for the antilock braking system (ABS), ESC, adaptive cruise control (ACC), and forward collision warning (FCW) to appear on the instrument panel. Safety Risk: An electronic stability control system that doesn't work could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: FCA Canada will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your truck to a dealership to update the antilock braking system (ABS) control module software. |

| 2019050 | 2019-02-06. Brakes. Issue: On some vehicles equipped with adjustable pedals, the brake pedal could detach when it is adjusted. This could cause a loss of brakes. Safety Risk: A loss of brakes can create a risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: The company will notify owners by mail. Owners will be instructed to take their vehicle to a dealer to repair the adjustable pedal assembly. Drivers should not adjust the pedals until the vehicle is fixed. The pedals should never be adjusted while driving. |
