2019-04-26. Powertrain. Issue: On certain 4x4 trucks, the rear driveshaft may not have been properly welded. As a result, a weld could break and cause the driveshaft to detach from the truck. If the vehicle was in rear wheel drive mode, this would cause a loss of propulsion. Safety Risk: A driveshaft that detaches could result in a loss of propulsion, increasing the risk of a crash. Additionally, a driveshaft that separates from the truck could create a hazard for other drivers and nearby people. Corrective Actions: The company will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your truck to a dealer to replace the rear driveshaft with one that is properly welded.

2018-08-23. Powertrain. On certain vehicles, the rear axle may not have been properly filled with oil. This could cause the axle to generate excessive noise and fail prematurely, resulting in loss of motive power and increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will inspect the rear axle oil level. Vehicles found with a rear axle with no oil or a low oil level will have the rear axle replaced.
2018-08-09. Powertrain. Certain vehicles may have been built with a defective powertrain controller. If the powertrain controller fails while driving the engine may stall, increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will replace the powertrain controller.
2018-02-08. Powertrain. On certain vehicles equipped with a steering column gear shifter, the brake transmission shift interlock (BTSI) may become inoperative. This could allow the steering column gear shifter lever to be shifted out of the PARK (P) position without depressing the service brake pedal or having the key in the ignition, which could result in unintended vehicle movement, increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will inspect and replace the BTSI as necessary. The Body Control Module (BCM) will also be updated.
A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
