Cause: The exterior mirror can squeak when folding in and out due to the sealing geometry of the joint gap seal between the mirror base and mirror housing. This can occur particularly at temperatures above 68° F (20° C).

Subject: Window cleaning fluid Information: The affected vehicles were not filled with window cleaning fluid at the factory because the window cleaning fluid is not currently available. For this reason, the washer fluid reservoir on the affected vehicles was only partly filled with water. Remedial Action: Before vehicle delivery to customers, the washer fluid reservoir must be filled with a window cleaning fluid listed in the EPA Inventory during the sales check.

Subject: Wiper arm on rear wiper Situation: There is a possibility that the affected vehicles were fitted with a rear wiper on which there is a crack on the cone of the wiper arm due to amanufacturing error. This can cause the cone to break, thereby breaking the connection between the wiper arm and rear wiper motor and interrupting the power supply required to drive the rear wiper.
122-N5Q5H-092017-09-14. Service bulletin. VISIBILITY:POWER WINDOW DEVICES AND CONTROLS. Information: An unfavorably positioned drain bore in the front right power windows mechanism can prevent moisture that penetrates via the window channel frombeing drained completely. If this moisture freezes at low outside temperatures, the mechanism can be damaged when the front right power window is actuated. As a result, the front right side window will no longer close. Remedial Action: Replace front right power windows mechanism.
