Recalls that may apply to the 2019 Porsche Macan

A recall listed here may apply to a vehicle of this year, make and model. Only the manufacturer can say whether it applies to one vehicle: check the VIN with the official lookups.

By component

United States: NHTSA, as of 2026-10-19
23V4430002023-06-26. SEAT BELTS:REAR/OTHER:ANCHORAGE. Porsche Cars North America, Inc. (Porsche) is recalling certain 2016-2020 Macan S, 2017-2020 Macan, 2017 Panamera Turbo, 2018 and 2020 Macan Turbo and Panamera 4, 2018 Macan Sport Edition, Panamera 4 E-Hybrid, and 2019 Panamera 4 Sport Turismo vehicles. The screw that attaches the lower seat belt anchor to the seat frame on the outboard rear seats may not have been tightened properly.
Canada: Transport Canada, as of 2026-10-19
20233612023-06-27. Seats And Restraints. Issue: On a small number of vehicles, the rear outboard seat belt anchor bolts may not have been properly tightened. As a result, the rear outboard seat belts could loosen or detach in a crash. Safety Risk: A seat belt that detaches in a crash could create an increased risk of injury. Corrective Actions: Porsche will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the left and right rear seat belt anchor bolts.
20224872022-08-31. Lights And Instruments. Issue: On certain vehicles, covers were not installed over the horizontal headlamp adjusters. As a result, the headlamps may be adjusted horizontally. Canadian regulations do not allow for horizontal headlamp adjustment unless the vehicle is equipped with a built-in aiming device. Safety Risk: Headlamps that are not properly adjusted could cause reduced visibility or glare for oncoming drivers, and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Porsche will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealership to install caps over the headlamp adjustment screws.
20191922019-04-18. Label. Issue: Certain wheels were made without a marking that is required by Canadian regulations. Safety Risk: This small error does not affect safety. Corrective Actions: This is not a recall. The company has made changes to include the required marking on all new parts.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
