Service bulletins for the 1988 Porsche 944

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

Figure 1) for the 911 Turbo (930) needs to be replaced, an air-conditioning compressor of similar design is available. All connections and fastening points are the same as on the standard air-conditioning compressor. There is no need to change the high-pressure/low-pressure lines!

The summaries are NHTSA's. Each bulletin's page links NHTSA's copy of the manufacturer's document.
