| 19V875000 | 2019-12-11. CHILD SEAT; EQUIPMENT:OTHER:OWNERS/SERVICE/OTHER MANUAL. Porsche Cars North America, Inc. The Child Restraint System (CRS) instructions within the Owner's Manual may not provide enough specificity for proper installation. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 225, "Child Restraint Anchorage Systems." Built 2018-07-05 to 2019-10-30. |
| 19V445000 | 2019-06-12. POWER TRAIN:AXLE HUBS; POWER TRAIN:AXLE ASSEMBLY:AXLE SHAFT. Porsche Cars North America, Inc. (Porsche) is recalling certain 2019 911 GT2 RS and 2020 911 Carrera S Coupe vehicles. The bolts connecting the driveshaft to the wheel hub may not have been properly tightened. Built 2019-02-21 to 2019-02-21. |
| 2019291 | 2019-06-12. Powertrain. Issue: On certain vehicles, the nut that connects the driveshaft to the wheel hub may not be tightened correctly. Over time, the nut could loosen and may result in the driveshaft disconnecting. This could cause a loss of power to the drive wheels. Additionally, if the parking brake is not applied, this could allow the car to roll away. Safety Risk: A loss of power to the drive wheels or sudden, unexpected movement of the car could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Porsche will notify owners by mail and instruct them to take their vehicle to a dealer to replace the nut with a new one and ensure it is tightened correctly. |
