By component
| 04V480000 | 2004-10-06. AIR BAGS. ON CERTAIN MINIVANS, THE DRIVER'S AIR BAG MAY BECOME DISABLED DUE TO A FAILURE OF THE CLOCKSPRING, WHICH IS LOCATED IN THE HUB OF THE STEERING WHEEL. Built 1998-03-01 to 2000-08-31. |
|---|---|
| 02V076000 | 2002-03-08. SEAT BELTS:REAR/OTHER. ON CERTAIN MINIVANS, SOME TRIM MATERIAL CAN LOOSEN AND DROP INTO THE REAR OUTBOARD SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY, CAUSING THE SEAT BELT TO BECOME INOPERATIVE. Built 1996-06-01 to 1998-10-31. |
| 00V268000 | 2000-09-13. FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE:FUEL INJECTION SYSTEM. VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: MINI VANS BUILT WITH 3.3L AND 3.8L ENGINES HAVE FUEL RAILS WITH NITROLE RUBBER O-RING SEALS THAT CAN DEGRADE OVER TIME. FUEL LEAKAGE FROM THE UNDERHOOD FUEL INJECTION FUEL RAIL COULD RESULT, INCREASING THE LIKELIHOOD OF A VEHICLE FIRE. Built 1995-02-15 to 1999-09-05. |
| 99V116000 | 1999-05-06. EXTERIOR LIGHTING:HEADLIGHTS. VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: MINI VANS BUILT FOR FLEET SALES ONLY. THE HEADLAMP MODULE DOES NOT IDENTIFY THE PARK LAMP AS "DRL" AS REQUIREMENT OF FMVSS 108, "LAMPS, REFLECTIVE DEVICES, AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT." Built 1998-06-01 to 1998-12-01. |
| 2004366 | 2004-10-07. Airbag. On certain vehicles, increased clockspring terminal resistance or a back-winding condition of the clockspring may cause the airbag warning lamp to illuminate. Until the problem is remedied, the drivers airbag will not deploy as required in a frontal crash, increasing the risk of injury to the seat occupant. Correction: Dealers will replace the clockspring assembly on vehicles with less than 115 000 kms. Owners of vehicles with over 115 000 kms will be offered extended lifetime warranty on the clockspring. |
|---|---|
| 2002048 | 2002-03-15. Accessories. On certain short wheel base mini vans the D-pillar mastic sound barrier patch can loosen and drop into the rear outboard seat belt assembly, causing the seat belt to become inoperative. In the event of a collision, the seat occupant may not be properly restrained, increasing the risk of personal injury. Correction: Dealers will replace the mastic patches with foam blockers and inspect and replace all 3rd row seat belt assemblies. |
| 2001134 | 2001-05-24. Seats And Restraints. Certain vehicles fail to comply with requirements of C.M.V.S.S. No. 209, "Seat Belt Assemblies." The front seat belt retractor may not work properly, it therefore will not adequately protect occupants in the event of a crash. Correction: Dealers will replace the seat belt retractor. |
| 2000215 | 2000-10-03. Fuel System. On certain vehicles equipped with the 3.3L or 3.8L engine the Nitrile "O-ring" seals used in the fuel rail may degrade over time and extended exposure to elevated temperatures. This could result in fuel leakage, and, in the presence of an ignition source, an underhood fire could occur. Correction: External seals will be installed at both of the fuel rail crossover tube joints. If the crossover tube joints are leaking or red rust exists in the area, the fuel rail assembly must be replaced. |
