| 2018527 | 2018-09-25. Fuel System. On certain trucks built with a Cummins X15 or ISX15 engine equipped with nylon fuel lines and a banjo bolt on the fuel pump, a blockage in the fuel cooling system may cause a fuel line to burst. This could result in a significant fuel leak onto the roadway, which would create a road hazard for other motorists. Additionally, this condition could also cause an engine stall without warning, without the ability to restart the engine. Both of these conditions may increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Cummins-authorized dealers will replace the affected nylon line with a steel line. |

| 2017361 | 2017-07-20. Fuel System. On certain vehicles equipped with Cummins ISX 15 engines and certain fuel pumps, the drive gear on the fuel pump may spin loose on the drive shaft. This could result in a loss of pumping function, which could result in an engine stall without warning and not being able to be restarted, which could increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Cummins-authorized dealers will replace the fuel pump. |
| 2017093 | 2017-02-20. Fuel System. On certain vehicles equipped with 2017 emissions engines, a tee fitting in the fuel supply was improperly manufactured and could leak fuel. Leaking fuel, in the presence of an ignition source, could result in a fire causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will inspect and replace affected fittings as necessary. |
A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
