Service bulletins for the 2025 Peterbilt 536
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

| 45-069 | 2026-03-05. Service bulletin. ENGINE. Cummins TSB 210203 has been updated to remove the PACCAR suction side fuel filter part number from Table 1 as the filter is no longer compatible. |
| 41-027 | 2024-06-04. Service bulletin. ENGINE. On certain Peterbilt, New Medium Duty chassis that are equipped with the optional engine intake air Pre-Filter (option code 3281830) the Pre-Filter may become clogged and cause premature failure/breach of the primary intake air filter. In some cases, a failed/breached primary filter can result in unusually high engine RPMs and high crankcase pressure. However, a failed/breached primary filter may not exhibit any of these symptoms. The immediate fix for this issue is to modify the Pre-Filter by removing the filter media from the base plate, and then reinstalling the modified Pre-Filter base plate. |
| E307 | 2024-05-04. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN; ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING. CARB Emission s Manufacturer Warranty term and/or kilometers conversion displayed in certain EMY 2022-2023 PX-7 or PX-9 Operator’s Manuals are incorrect. |
