By component

United States: NHTSA, as of 2026-10-19
02V3180012002-11-27. FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE:DELIVERY:FUEL PUMP. ON CERTAIN TRUCKS EQUIPPED WITH CATERPILLAR 3126E HYDRAULICALLY CONTROLLED ELECTRONICALLY ACTUATED UNIT INJECTED DIESEL ENGINES WITH HIGH EFFICIENCY PUMPS (HEP8). THE PUMP COMPONENTS MAY EXPERIENCE A HIGH PRESSURE SEAL FAILURE WHICH CAN RESULT IN A SHORT PERIOD OF ROUGH RUNNING AND SUBSEQUENT ENGINE STALL DUE TO A LOSS OF INJECTION ACTUATION PRESSURE. Built 2002-08-15 to 2002-10-15.
02V2410012002-09-10. SERVICE BRAKES, AIR:CONTROLS:HAND CONTROL/VALVE. ON CERTAIN VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH BENDIX TC-7 TRAILER CONTROL HAND-OPERATED VALVE WITH PUSH-TO-CONNECT FITTINGS. THE DELIVERY PORT IN THE VALVE BODY MAY BE PARTIALLY BLOCKED DUE TO A PROBLEM DURING THE MOLDING PROCESS. Built 2002-04-29 to 2002-07-12.
Canada: Transport Canada, as of 2026-10-19
20031972003-08-25. Other. On certain vehicles, the cooling fan hub mounting bolts could fail resulting in the hub and fan assembly separating from the engine, which may result in equipment damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealer will replace the fan hub mounting bracket by removing the fan hub and rebuilding the assembly with the newly designed mounting bracket.
20022312002-11-27. Engine. Certain trucks equipped with a 2002 Caterpillar 3126E engine and an HEP8 injection oil pump were assembled with out of specification pump components and may experience a high pressure seal failure which could result in a short period of rough running and subsequent engine stall due to loss of injection actuation pressure. Once engine stall occurs, the engine cannot be restarted. Steering boost and primary braking would be limited, secondary braking would be available. Correction: The injection pump will be replaced.
20021612002-09-11. Brakes. On certain vehicles, the delivery port inside Bendix trailer hand control brake valves may be partially blocked due to a problem during the molding process. Such a blockage may slow the delivery and exhaust of air to and from the trailer brakes when they are operated by this hand control valve which may result in delayed trailer brake application and release. Correction: The dealer will inspect and replace defective valves.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
