The Thermo Plus unit will replace the current unit only if the whole unit needs to be replaced. There is no need to retrofit any buses with the new Thermo Plus units. Replacement parts are available for the current Thermo/Thermo-S units already installed.

The battery beam/arm support located on the bottom of the battery compartment was not installed correctly and allowed the batteries to swivel past the beam and touch the stud. adjust location of the arm support, torque hardware to spec, confirm clearance

Under certain condition (high temperature in southern state) combine with the engine compartment high ambient temperature near the exhaust side may cause the exhaust harness wires and connector to become brittle and fail.
