20191712019-04-05. Engine. Issue: On certain buses, the electrical connector for the engine door fan is too small and could overheat. Safety Risk: An electrical connector that overheats could create the risk of a fire. Corrective Actions: The company will notify owners by mail. Owners will be supplied with parts and instructions for replacing the electrical connector for the engine door fan.
20172642017-05-16. Engine. Certain buses could experience a loss of communication within the bus multiplex network. This could cause the engine to accelerate to full RPM without throttle input by the driver, which could increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Nova Bus will reprogram the vehicles to correct this issue.
20155252015-11-05. Engine. On certain buses equipped with a 35MT Remy Delco starter, Cummins engine, and hybrid transmission, the starter motor could overheat. This could result in an engine compartment fire causing injury and/or property damage. Correction: As an interim measure, the starter motor will be disconnected until the root cause is identified. Note: The vehicle can still be started through the hybrid transmission.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
