By component

United States: NHTSA, as of 2026-10-19
10V5170002010-10-28. ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING. NISSAN IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2004-2006 ARMADA, TITAN, INFINITI QX56 AND MODEL YEAR 2005-2006 FRONTIER, PATHFINDER AND XTERRA VEHICLES. THE INTELLIGENT POWER DISTRIBUTION MODULE (IPDM) ASSEMBLY CONTAINS AN ENGINE CONTROL MODULE (ECM) RELAY THAT HAS A DIODE FOR ELECTRICAL CURRENT NOISE REDUCTION. THE ECM RELAY MAY ALLOW SILICON VAPOR TO FORM AND, OVER TIME, THE SILICON EVAPORATES FROM THE DIODE MOLDING WHICH CAUSES SILICON OXIDE TO DEVELOP ON THE ECM RELAY CONTACT DUE TO ARCING. Built 2003-08-19 to 2006-05-15.
07V1500002007-04-03. SEAT BELTS:REAR/OTHER. ON CERTAIN CREW CAB MODEL TRUCKS, THE SEAT BACK SHAPE MAY BE SUCH THAT THERE MAY NOT BE SUFFICIENT WEBBING ON THE RETRACTOR SPOOL FOR THE REAR CENTER SEAT BELT TO RELEASE FROM THE AUTOMATIC LOCKING MODE (ALR) AFTER IT IS ENGAGED AND THE SEAT BELT IS RETRACTED. IF THIS OCCURS, THERE MAY BE DIFFICULTY IN PULLING THE SEAT BELT OUT OF THE RETRACTOR THUS PREVENTING ITS USAGE. Built 2003-10-20 to 2004-07-30.
06V4590002006-11-30. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. ON CERTAIN KING CAB TRUCKS, THE WIRES IN THE HARNESS WERE ROUTED THROUGH THE REAR DOORS AND INTO THE BODY. THESE WIRES MAY BREAK DUE TO OVER BENDING OF THE HARNESS AS THE DOOR IS OPENED AND CLOSED. THE HARNESS CONTAINS WIRES FOR THE DRIVER SEAT BELT PRETENSIONER AND FOR THE FRONT PASSENGER SEAT BELT WHICH IS PART OF THE OCCUPANT CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM. WIRES FOR THE REAR AUDIO SPEAKERS ARE ALSO CONTAINED N THE HARNESS. Built 2003-07-23 to 2006-08-21.
04V4080002004-08-19. POWER TRAIN:MANUAL TRANSMISSION:COLUMN SHIFT ASSEMBLY. ON CERTAIN PICKUP TRUCKS EQUIPPED WITH A COLUMN SHIFTER, THE SHIFT LEVER ASSEMBLY FOR THE COLUMN SHIFTER MAY HAVE BEEN DAMAGED DURING ASSEMBLY. Built 2004-03-15 to 2004-04-28.
04V3450002004-07-19. SEAT BELTS:FRONT:ANCHORAGE. CERTAIN PICKUP TRUCKS FAIL TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 201, "OCCUPANT PROTECTION IN INTERIOR IMPACT." AN AREA ON THE REAR PILLAR WHERE THE REAR SEAT BELT UPPER ANCHOR IS ATTACHED MAY NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ENERGY ABSORBENT. Built 2003-07-23 to 2004-06-14.
Canada: Transport Canada, as of 2026-10-19
20230532023-02-10. Airbag. Issue: On certain vehicles, the plastic emblem on the steering wheel airbag cover could detach and become a projectile when the airbag inflates in a crash. Note: This recall is for certain vehicles that had the steering wheel airbag replaced. Safety Risk: Projectiles in the occupant compartment could increase the risk of an injury. Corrective Actions: Nissan will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, replace the steering wheel airbag cover.
20124362012-12-18. Airbag. On certain King Cab vehicles, wires routed through the rear doors and into the body may break due to over bending as the door is opened and closed. The affected wires control seatbelt pretensioners, the front passenger seatbelt tension sensor (part of the occupant classification system), and the rear audio speakers. If the wires for the seatbelt pretensioner and speaker break and make contact, a pretensioner may deploy. If this happens when the seatbelt is retracted, it will not be possible to use the seatbelt. If wires for the seatbelt tension sensor break, the passenger side front airbag will not deploy as designed in a frontal crash. Correction: Owners of vehicles with malfunctioning front outer seatbelt(s), malfunctioning rear audio speakers, or where the Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) indicator light is on are advised to bring their vehicle to a dealer for inspection. If there is a malfunction of the rear door wiring harness, the harness will be replaced. Note: This campaign follows recall 2006323 (Nissan R117) where dealers previously inspected and repaired or replaced the wiring.
20103732010-10-28. Engine. On certain vehicles the Intelligent Power Distribution Module (IPDM) assembly contains an Engine Control Module (ECM) relay that has a diode for electrical current noise reduction. The ECM relay may allow silicon vapor to form and over time the silicon evaporates from the diode molding which causes silicon oxide to develop on the ECM relay contact due to arcing. In certain instances, this oxidation could cause engine performance issues (hesitation, rough engine idle, slow start/no-start condition), and engine stalling at low engine speeds which may result in a crash. Correction: Dealers will replace the Engine Control Module (ECM) relay.
20082212008-06-24. Electrical. Certain 2005-2006 model year vehicles may have been assembled with an incorrectly manufactured air conditioning condenser fan motor, which could allow excessive water intrusion and inadequate drainage. If sufficient moisture accumulates in the motor, corrosion could occur, increasing internal friction, and thereby augmenting the electrical current draw. This could cause an increase in the motors operating temperature that could eventually melt its wiring insulation and other plastic components and form a gas. If two wires without insulation touch each other and create a spark, this gas could ignite and result in a vehicle fire, which could cause property damage, personal injury or death. Note: 2004, and some 2005 model year vehicles are equipped with a different fan motor that is not subject to this campaign. However, it is possible that a limited number of these vehicles may have received the subject condenser fan as a service replacement part, thereby being included in this action. Correction: Dealers will affect repairs.
20071052007-04-02. Seats And Restraints. On certain Crew Cab vehicles, there may not be sufficient webbing on the retractor spool for the rear center seatbelt to release from the automatic locking mode (ALR). To release the ALR function and return to emergency locking retractor mode (ELR), the seatbelt has to be spooled all the way in. Should the seatbelt not switch back to ELR, it would be rendered unusable. An unbelted seat occupant would receive increased injury during a vehicle crash. Correction: Dealers will replace the rear center seatbelt assembly.
20063232006-11-23. Seats And Restraints. Certain King Cab vehicles. Wires in the harness routed through the rear doors and into the body may break due to over bending of the harness as the door is opened and closed. On the left side, the harness contains wires for the driver seatbelt pretensioner, and on the right side the harness contains wires for the front passenger seatbelt pretensioner and for the seatbelt tension sensor, which is part of the occupant classification system. Wires for the rear audio speakers are also contained in the harness on each side. If the wires for the seatbelt pretensioner and speaker break and make contact, there is a possibility that the pretensioner may deploy. If this happens when the seatbelt is retracted, it will not be possible to use the seatbelt. If one of the wires in the right side harness for the seatbelt tension sensor breaks, the passenger side front airbag will not deploy as designed in a frontal crash. Correction: Dealers will inspect and, if necessary, replace the wiring harness with an updated version.
20042842004-08-10. Other. On certain vehicles, the shift lever assembly for the column shifter may have been damaged during installation. This could eventually result in failure of the portion of the assembly that holds the lever in the PARK position when the key is not in the ignition or when the key is in the lock, off or accessory position. Correction: Dealers will replace the shifter assembly.
20042392004-07-09. Seats And Restraints. Certain Titan King Cab and Crew Cab trucks do not meet the requirements of United States Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 201 (seat belt anchorage on rearmost pillar). While Canadian regulations differ in this area, in the interest of customer satisfaction Nissan Canada will conduct a voluntary service campaign to correct this condition on affected Canadian vehicles. Correction: The outboard rear seat belt assemblies will be replaced with new ones which have a different D-ring cover and D-ring.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
