SERVICE INFORMATION FOR FUEL GAUGE INACCURATE WITH DTCS STORED IN ECM SERVICE INFORMATION If a fuel level sensor has been diagnosed as sending an incorrect level signal, and one or more of the following DTCs are stored in the ECM, do not replace the entire “Fuel Level Sensor Unit, Fuel Filter and Fuel Pump Assembly” (fuel pump assembly). EQUIPMENT; EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY; ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING. 2015-2020 ROGUE; AIR DUCT REPLACEMENT IF YOU CONFIRM Air duct 1, air duct 2, or the air cleaner cover shown in Figure 1 needs to be replaced. ACTION Inspect for a clip in the location shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2. • If a clip is present, then the vehicle IS equipped with the updated parts; no further action is needed. Individual parts may be replaced as needed. • If a clip is NOT present, then the vehicle is equipped with older parts. See SERVICE PROCEDURE on the next page.

Engine Control Module (ECM) Reprogram California Voluntary Emissions Service Campaign ***** Campaign Summary***** Nissan is conducting a Voluntary Emissions Service Campaign on approximately 104,221 specific Nissan vehicles identified in Service Comm and currently registered to owners in the state of California to reprogram the Engine Control Module (ECM) in the event that a permanent diagnostic trouble code (P-DTC) for P0448, P0101, P2008, or P0087 is recorded in the ECM. Due to calibration errors on the affected vehicles, the ECM may improperly store a permanent diagnostic trouble code (P-DTC) even though the emissions on-board diagnostic system is functioning properly. As of July 1, 2019 the State of California has implemented a revised Inspection Maintenance (I/M) or “Smog Check” test program. Without the software update, the subject vehicles may not pass this Smog Check test in those areas of California where such testing is required under state law. This incident has no effect on the safety, performance, drivability, or fuel consumption of the applicable vehicles. ***** What Dealers Should Do ***** 1. Verify if vehicles are affected by this Voluntary Emissions Service Campaign using Service Comm or DBS National Service History – Open Campaigns I.D. • P9328 – Affected Model Year 2015 • P9343 – Affected Model Year 2016 • P9345 – Affected Model Year 2017 • P9347 – Affected Model Year 2018 • P9349 – Affected Model Year 2019 2. Engine Coolant Voluntary Service Campaign ***** Campaign Summary***** Nissan is conducting a Voluntary Service Campaign to drain and refill the radiator on specific 2017 Nissan Pathfinder (R52) and Rogue (T32) vehicles. Due to an issue at the plant that has since been corrected, the radiator glycol/water coolant concentration mix ratio may be out of specification. Customers may notice poor heating performance as a result. ***** What Dealers Should Do ***** 1. Verify if vehicles are affected by this Voluntary Service Campaign using Service Comm I.D. PC652. 2. Dealers are requested to repair any affected vehicles in dealer new or pre-owned inventory to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Dealers should use NTB18-066 to correct any vehicles subject to this campaign. 4. Once repaired, dealers should submit the claim, using the claims coding provided, and release the vehicle.
