SERVICE INFORMATION If the Audio Unit needs to be replaced in an Applied Vehicle for any reason: - Replace the Audio Unit as instructed in the Electronic Service Manual (ESM). - Register the replacement Audio Unit serial number with Nissan Owner Services. NOTE: The Apps mode will not function if the Audio Unit serial number is not registered. See this bulletin for further detail.

SERVICE INFORMATION The purpose of this bulletin is to clarify language contained in the owner?s manual language for the APPLIED VEHICLES. For the APPLIED VEHICLES, the below language supersedes similar language in existing owner?s manuals. Future printings of owner?s manuals for the APPLIED VEHICLES will also contain the below language. For the APPLIED VEHICLES: NISSAN recommends using Genuine NISSAN NS-3 CVT Fluid ONLY in NISSAN CVTs. Do not mix with other fluids. Do not use Automatic transmission fluid (ATF) or Manual Transmission fluid in a NISSAN CVT, as it may damage the CVT. Damage caused by the use of fluids other than as recommended is not covered under NISSAN's New Vehicle Limited Warranty. Using fluids that are not equivalent to Genuine NISSAN NS-3 CVT Fluid may also damage the CVT. NTB13077A2021-05-10. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT; POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION:INTERNAL:CVT. SERVICE INFORMATION Applied vehicles equipped with a CVT have a "cap" that appears to be a fluid level gauge. This "cap" will NOT have a gauge or "dipstick". This is normal. Do NOT replace the "cap" because it is thought to have a "dipstick". The fluid level is not checked from this location. The fluid level for applied vehicles is checked from the oil pan (refer to the appropriate section of the Electronic Service Manual [ESM]). Whenever checking, filling, or topping off a CVT's fluid level of an applied vehicle for any reason, use the procedure outlined in the appropriate section of the ESM. NTB10-029f2020-10-08. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT; POWER TRAIN; EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY. NISSAN; VIBRATION AND/OR NOISE WHEN MAKING LOW SPEED TURNS IF YOU CONFIRM There is a vibration or judder feeling from the rear of the vehicle during the following conditions: • When making turns • On dry roads • At low speeds (under 40 MPH) And • The above vibration does not occur if the Electric Controlled Coupling is electrically disconnected. NOTE: In some cases, electrically disconnecting the Electric Controlled Coupling may not eliminate the vibration as described above. In these cases, further confirm the incident by removing the rear propeller shaft and retest. If the vibration does not occur with the rear propeller shaft removed, the incident is confirmed. IMPORTANT: Tire size, brand or tread pattern mismatches can cause similar symptoms. To avoid tire related mismatch vibration, it is recommended that when tires need to be replaced, all tires are replaced at the same time with tires of the proper size, same brand and pattern. EQUIPMENT; EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY; ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING. 2015-2020 ROGUE; AIR DUCT REPLACEMENT IF YOU CONFIRM Air duct 1, air duct 2, or the air cleaner cover shown in Figure 1 needs to be replaced. ACTION Inspect for a clip in the location shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2. • If a clip is present, then the vehicle IS equipped with the updated parts; no further action is needed. Individual parts may be replaced as needed. • If a clip is NOT present, then the vehicle is equipped with older parts. See SERVICE PROCEDURE on the next page.
DOR-H5Y5B-012020-01-13. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT; EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY; SUSPENSION. This SKU is a Suspension Ball Joint. The customer communication requested return of unsold inventory to inspect for the outer diameter of the ball joint housing being too small. The outer diameter being too small would prevent the part from being installed, and would therefore have no impact on the end user besides time to complete installation.
