| 2022398 | 2022-07-22. Visual System. Issue: Under certain conditions, a software problem could cause the in-vehicle infotainment system to reset. If you shift to reverse while the computer is resetting, the rearview camera image will not appear on the display. Canadian regulations require the rearview image to display when the transmission is shifted into reverse gear. Note: This recall only affects certain vehicles sold to rental fleets. Safety Risk: A rearview camera image that does not display could reduce a driver's ability to see behind the vehicle while backing up. This could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Nissan will notify owners by mail and ask you to make an appointment with your local dealer to update the in-vehicle infotainment system software. For vehicles with over-the-air (OTA) update capability, Nissan will send a wireless over-the-air software update to each vehicle. |

| 2021593 | 2021-09-24. Seats And Restraints. Issue: On certain vehicles, the head restraints on the third-row (rear) seats may not have been properly welded. As a result, the head restraint could move or detach from the seat in a crash. Safety Risk: Head restraints that move or detach in a crash could increase the risk of an injury. Corrective Action: Nissan will contact owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to replace the third-row seat head restraints. To reduce the safety risk, Nissan recommends that you should not use the third row rear seats until the recall repairs are completed. |
| 2021592 | 2021-09-24. Seats And Restraints. Issue: On certain vehicles, the second-row seat frames may not have been properly welded. As a result, the seatback could fail and move in a crash. Safety Risk: A seatback that fails in a crash could create an increased risk of injury. Corrective Actions: Nissan will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to inspect the second-row seat frames. The seat assemblies will be replaced, as necessary. |
| 2021557 | 2021-09-13. Structure. Issue: On certain vehicles, the secondary hood latch bracket may not have been properly welded. As a result, the bracket could move out of position and the secondary latch may not engage correctly. If this happens, and the primary hood latch is released, the hood may open suddenly while driving. Safety Risk: A hood that opens suddenly while driving could block the driver's view and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Nissan will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to inspect the secondary hood latch bracket. It will be replaced, if necessary. |
