NTB17-039k2020-10-08. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT; POWER TRAIN. PATHFINDER, ALTIMA, MAXIMA, MURANO AND QUEST; CVT JUDDER AND DTC P17F0 OR P17F1 STORED IF YOU CONFIRM The customer reports a transmission judder (shake, shudder, single or multiple bumps or vibration), AND One of these DTCs is stored: • P17F0 (CVT_JUDDER (T/M INSPECTION)) • P17F1 (CVT_JUDDER (C/U INSPECTION)) NOTE: • If a transmission judder (as described above) is not reported, this bulletin does not apply. • If either P17F0 or P17F1 are not stored, this bulletin does not apply. • If any DTCs are stored other than P17F0 or P17F1, this bulletin does not apply. • NTB15-014, Enhanced Diagnostic Logic For CVT Judder, has reprogramming instructions that may apply. ACTION • Refer to the Repair Flow Chart on page 2 for CVT repair. CAUTION: Always handle the CVT and component assemblies carefully and with the appropriate lifting tools.
NTB10-029f2020-10-08. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT; POWER TRAIN; EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY. NISSAN; VIBRATION AND/OR NOISE WHEN MAKING LOW SPEED TURNS IF YOU CONFIRM There is a vibration or judder feeling from the rear of the vehicle during the following conditions: • When making turns • On dry roads • At low speeds (under 40 MPH) And • The above vibration does not occur if the Electric Controlled Coupling is electrically disconnected. NOTE: In some cases, electrically disconnecting the Electric Controlled Coupling may not eliminate the vibration as described above. In these cases, further confirm the incident by removing the rear propeller shaft and retest. If the vibration does not occur with the rear propeller shaft removed, the incident is confirmed. IMPORTANT: Tire size, brand or tread pattern mismatches can cause similar symptoms. To avoid tire related mismatch vibration, it is recommended that when tires need to be replaced, all tires are replaced at the same time with tires of the proper size, same brand and pattern. See ACTION on page 2.

SEATS; EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY; EQUIPMENT. 2013-2019 PATHFINDER; CLIMATE CONTROLLED SEAT INOPERATIVE IF YOU CONFIRM The driver or passenger side climate controlled seat: • - Heating and cooling features do not operate And • - The harness connector or control unit of the climate controlled seat appears as shown in Figure 3 or Figure 5. ACTION Perform the following to the affected seat: A. Replace the climate controlled seat control unit. B. Drill a hole for the new harness clip. C. Replace the harness connector of the climate controlled seat control unit.

NTB19-0462019-07-22. Service bulletin. ENGINE; EQUIPMENT. ENGINE SUPPORT TOOLS SERVICE INFORMATION A new Engine Support Tool and Engine Support Bracket are now available to allow the CVT to be removed from the Applied Vehicles without having to remove the engine. The procedure in this bulletin is different from the procedure currently in the Electronic Service Manual (ESM), which will be updated with this information at a later date. DEAD PEDAL REPLACEMENT SERVICE INFORMATION If the dead pedal needs to be replaced for any reason, it is no longer necessary to replace the front floor trim (carpet). The dead pedal is now available as a service part. NOTE: Do not replace the carpet if only the dead pedal is needed.
