ACTION Confirm that the Tube Assy-Filler is the updated part as shown in Figure 2. * If the Tube Assy-Filler is the old style as shown in Figure 1, replace it with the Tube Assy-Filler (Figure 2) from the Parts Information on the next page. * If the Tube Assy-Filler is the new style as show in Figure 2, replace only the "Vent Filter" also shown in Figure 2 with the procedure on page 2. NTB140862021-05-10. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT; LATCHES/LOCKS/LINKAGES:DOORS:LOCK; STRUCTURE:BODY:DOOR; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. IF YOU CONFIRM The sliding door will not lock or unlock electrically (with door completely closed) with either the remote key fob or the interior switches. NOTE: All doors, including the sliding door, can still be locked and unlocked mechanically at either their interior handles or directly with a key. And All of the other doors operate correctly with keyfob and interior switches. And The sliding door lock solenoid function has been tested and operates correctly. ACTION Replace the Sliding Door Switches (shown on page 2) with those listed in the Parts Information table. NOTE: The door will use either the 5-pin or 7-pin Sliding Door Switch based on the vehicle options. Please see this bulletin for further details.

SERVICE INFORMATION Related to communication codes U1000, U1001, U1002, U1010: - Always diagnose the communication codes first. - When a module reports a U1000 code, it is typically operating normally; however, there is a communication error external to that module on the CAN network. - U1000 indicates an error. V-CAN diagram or CAN Diag Support Monitor provides data to determine the location of the error. See this bulletin for more information.

SERVICE INFORMATION Information necessary to service the Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) safely is included in the "RESTRAINTS" section of the Electronic Service Manual (ESM) for each vehicle. VK56 CONNECTING ROD CAP BOLT SERVICE INFORMATION SERVICE INFORMATION A change has been made to the connecting rod cap bolt service part. The new service part (B in Figure 1) is visually different, but is a direct replacement for the original equipment part. IMPORTANT: See page 2 for the procedure to inspect the cap bolt service part for excessive stretch. If replacement of a single connecting rod cap bolt is indicated for any given connecting rod, both connecting rod cap bolts of the affected connecting rod must be replaced as a set.

PC711 NV_Armada_2019-10-09. Service bulletin. AIR BAGS. Driver Airbag Module Field Quality Parts Collection Initiative ***** Collection Initiative Summary ***** Nissan is conducting a special parts collection activity on certain 2012-2017 NV (F80), and 2013- 15 Armada (TA80) and Titan (A60) vehicles to replace the driver side airbag module free of charge. These vehicles are not subject to a recall. Instead, Nissan is collecting a limited number of modules for engineering study. Nissan will be notifying owners and asking them to participate in this important parts collection activity. As an incentive for participation, Nissan is offering a complimentary oil and filter change for participating customers. NOTE: Customers should be informed that this parts collection activity is time-limited. Once a sufficient number of in-use modules has been collected, this activity will end. ***** What Dealers Should Do**** 1. Verify if vehicles are eligible for this parts collection activity using Service Comm or DBS National Service History – Open Campaign I.D. PC711. 2. Dealers should use NTB19-069 to service any NV, Armada, and Titan vehicles subject to this activity. 3. The service department should submit the applicable warranty claim for the action(s) performed so the campaign can be closed on Service Comm and release the vehicle.

TAKATA DRIVERS AIR BAG MODULE REPLACEMENT COLLECTION INITIATIVE INTRODUCTION Nissan is conducting this Takata Inflator Field Quality Parts Collection Initiative to replace the driver's air bag module. This service will be performed at no charge to the customer for parts or labor. As part of this initiative, a complementary engine oil and filter change may be performed. IDENTIFICATION NUMBER For this initiative, Nissan has assigned identification number PC711. The correct number must appear on all communications and documentation of any nature dealing with this initiative. DEALER RESPONSIBILITY Dealers are to repair vehicles falling within the range of this initiative that enter the service department. This includes vehicles purchased from private parties, vehicles presented by transient (tourists) owners, and vehicles in a dealer’s inventory.

AIR BAG WARNING LIGHT FLASHING INDICATING SYSTEM DIAGNOSTIC MODE IF YOU CONFIRM The air bag warning light is flashing slowly (repeating 2 seconds ON, 2 seconds OFF). NOTE: If this should occur, the Air Bag Diagnosis Sensor Unit is in Diagnostic Mode and needs to be returned to User Mode. ACTION 1. Use CONSULT-III plus to check for Air Bag DTCs and perform repairs as needed. 2. Return the Air Bag Diagnosis Sensor Unit to User Mode.

EQUIPMENT:ELECTRICAL. 2016-2018 TITAN/TITAN XD AND 2012-2018 NV1500/2500/3500; ANTENNA STANDARDIZATION SERVICE INFORMATION For the applied vehicles, the replacement antenna base and antenna mast styles have changed to a new style, shown in Figure 1. The old style has been discontinued. If for any reason the old style antenna base needs to be replaced, both the base and the mast must be replaced as a set with the new style shown in Figure 1. If the vehicle still has the old style antenna base, as shown in Figure 2, and only the mast is damaged, a replacement antenna mast can be ordered.
