TELEMATICS CONTROL UNIT RESET AFTER AUTOMATIC COLLISION NOTIFICATION SERVICE INFORMATION The Telematics Control Unit (TCU) has the ability to send an automatic collision notification when the vehicle is involved in an accident. Once an automatic collision notification is performed, the function becomes disabled. The TCU must be reset to re-enable the automatic collision notification function. This bulletin describes how to reset the TCU after an automatic collision notification has been performed.

SOFTWARE UPDATE FOR INFOTAINMENT ISSUES SERVICE INFORMATION When diagnosing an infotainment issue, always confirm that the latest software is installed in the AV control unit before starting the diagnosis. The software update in the following service procedure is to address the items below: • Stability improvements and “bug” fixes. • Android Auto skips while playing music. Refer to steps 1 - 4 to confirm that this bulletin applies. HINT: The update-software only needs to be downloaded once and then can then be used on multiple vehicles until other infotainment software is loaded onto the USB drive to overwrite the original data.

LANE CAMERA AIMING VEHICLE REFERENCE VALUES NOT IN ESM SERVICE INFORMATION If the lane camera requires aiming, the values in Table A on page 4 must be used. • For all other models/model years, consult the Electronic Service Manual (ESM). The following CONSULT-III plus (C-III plus) figures and steps are only provided to indicate where the VEHICLE REFERENCE VALUE from Table A is to be entered. The entire camera aiming procedure must be followed to complete the aiming procedure. • Refer to the ESM section: CRUISE CONTROL & DRIVER ASSISTANCE > DRIVER ASSISTANCE SYSTEM > DRIVER ASSISTANCE SYSTEM > BASIC INSPECTION > LANE CAMERA UNIT > CAMERA AIMING ADJUSTMENT. 1. Turn the ignition ON. 2. From the C-III plus home screen, select Diagnosis (One System).
