26V4250002026-07-01. SEAT BELTS:REAR/OTHER:RETRACTOR. Nissan North America, Inc. (Nissan) is recalling certain 2026 LEAF vehicles. The outer rear seat belt automatic locking retractors (ALR) may deactivate early, which can prevent a child restraint system (CRS) from securing properly. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 208, "Occupant Crash Protection." Built 2025-06-10 to 2026-06-08.
26V1880002026-03-25. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:PROPULSION SYSTEM:TRACTION BATTERY. Nissan North America, Inc. (Nissan) is recalling certain 2026 LEAF vehicles. The high voltage battery may have internal damage that can cause a short circuit within the battery module. Built 2025-07-17 to 2025-11-26. NHTSA advises: park outside, away from buildings, until the repair is done.
Canada: Transport Canada, as of 2026-10-19
20263242026-07-02. Seats And Restraints. Issue: On certain vehicles, the rear outboard seat belts may contain defective automatic locking retractors (ALR). As a result, the seat belts may not properly lock to secure a child seat. Note: The vehicle's lower universal anchorage system (UAS) is not affected by this defect and may still be used to secure a child seat. Safety Risk: A seat belt that is used to secure a child restraint but is not properly locked could increase the risk of injury in a crash. Corrective Actions: To reduce the safety risk, Nissan recommends using the vehicle's UAS system when securing a child seat. Nissan will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, replace the rear outboard seat belt(s).
20261452026-03-26. High Voltage. Issue: On certain vehicles, a problem inside the high-voltage battery could cause a short circuit. If this happens, the high-voltage battery could overheat. Safety Risk: A short circuit in the high-voltage battery can create a fire risk, even while the vehicle is parked and turned off. Corrective Actions: To reduce the safety risk, Nissan advises that you should not charge your vehicle and to park the vehicle outdoors and away from other vehicles or structures until the recall repairs have been completed. Nissan will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership, or to contact a dealer to arrange to have the vehicle towed to the dealership, to replace the high-voltage battery module(s), as necessary.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
