Inspect the metal surfaces of the pipe/hose joint for damage or contamination. NOTE: Do not replace a refrigerant pipe, hose, or other A/C component if an o-ring seal will solve the leak incident, if it should occur. 2. "2004-2014 ARMADA; POWER BACK DOOR INOPERATIVE AND BOLT ON POWER BACK DOOR OPENER LOOSE IF YOU CONFIRM -THE POWER BACK DOOR WILL NOT OPEN OR CLOSE WHEN USING ANY POWER OPEN/CLOSE SWITCH. AND -THE LINKAGE FOR POWER BACK DOOR HAS A LOOSE OR MISSING HEX BOLT (FIGURE 1). ACTION 1. REPLACE THE BOLT SHOWN IN FIGURE 1 WITH A NEW BOLT FROM THE PARTS INFORMATION. -DO NOT REUSE THE OLD BOLT. -CLEAN THE THREADS IN THE LINKAGE BEFORE INSTALLING THE NEW BOLT. -INSTALL THE NEW BOLT AND TORQUE TO 7 N•M (0.7 KG-M, 62 IN-LB.).
