TSB-13-42A-0032020-04-04. Service bulletin. LATCHES/LOCKS/LINKAGES. This TSB supercedes TSB-09-42A-015, issued October, 2009, to update affected vehicles, add Outlander Sport and add FAST Key case part numbers. Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) integrated key case and FAST Key Transmitter case repair kits are now available. If the plastic parts of the key are broken or missing, but the key functions properly, use the appropriate service parts kit instead of replacing the entire key assembly. When replacing only the key case, it is not necessary to program immobilizer, RKE and OSS functions. For integrated RKE keys, once the electronic components are transferred to the new case, the key can be cut to the vehicle's key code.
TSB-12-52A-0052020-01-27. Service bulletin. LATCHES/LOCKS/LINKAGES. The door lock switch rocker button is now available separately. This TSB provides replacement instructions for the affected service manuals.
TSB-12-54-0152020-01-25. Service bulletin. STRUCTURE:BODY:DOOR; LATCHES/LOCKS/LINKAGES. The driver's side central door lock switch rocker button is now available through spare parts. It is no longer necessary to replace the entire switch assembly for a broken switch rocker button. This TSB provides the part number and instructions for installation of a new driver’s central door lock switch rocker button.
