| 2015219 | 2015-05-22. Brakes. On certain vehicles, corrosion may occur in the ABS hydraulic unit due to a reaction between the brake fluid and the surface treatment of the internal valves. If this were to occur and the ABS hydraulic unit is activated, one or more of the valves could seize. This could result in longer brake pedal travel and increased stopping distances, which may increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will flush and clean the hydraulic unit by replacing the brake fluid with higher grade (DOT4) fluid. If module valve movement is determined to be poor, the ABS hydraulic unit will be replaced. |

| 2005188 | 2005-06-24. Brakes. On certain vehicles, the internal seals in the brake master cylinder may have been installed incorrectly. As a result, the master cylinder may unexpectedly bypass braking force pressure and allow a longer than normal pedal stroke. Should this condition occur, the brake distance required to stop the vehicle will increase and may lead to a vehicle crash. Correction: Dealers will replace the brake master cylinder. |
A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
