20187242018-12-20. Steering. On certain vehicles originally sold or currently registered in areas of heavy road salt usage during winter months (Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland & Labrador), the bolts that attach the electric power steering assist motor to the steering gear housing may corrode and break. This could cause a loss of power steering assist. The resulting increase in steering effort could create the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will replace the mounting bolts and apply a corrosion protection coating to the gear housing and bolts. If the bolts bolt cannot be removed, a replacement steering gear will be installed.
20154652015-10-13. Seats And Restraints. Certain vehicles may not comply with the requirements of Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (CMVSS) 208 - Occupant Protection and (CMVSS) 209 – Seat Belt Assemblies. The front seatbelts may have been installed in the wrong position (interchanged left/right sides). This could affect the locking behavior of the seatbelts which would increase the risk of injury in the event of a crash. Additionally, the child seat restraint function for the passenger seat would not be available for this situation. Correction: Dealers will inspect and correct the installation position as necessary.
20154642015-10-13. Engine. On certain AMG S63 models, the engine may stall due to faulty software in the Engine Control Unit (ECU). Irregular RPM at idle could lead to unintentional engine shut-down prior to a vehicle stop. If this occurs, the driver may falsely interpret the unintentional engine shut down as part of the ECO start/stop system, which could increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will update the ECU Software.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
