20241712024-03-15. Electrical. Issue: On certain vehicles, the bolt for the 48 V ground connection under the passenger seat may not have been tightened properly. As a result, the wiring could overheat and melt. Safety Risk: Wiring that overheats and melts can create the risk of a fire. Corrective Actions: Mercedes-Benz will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, tighten the ground connection.
20221732022-04-08. Electrical. Issue: On certain vehicles, a ground connection under the front passenger seat may not have been properly tightened. As a result, the connection and wiring could overheat. Safety Risk: A loose or overheated wire connection could create the risk of a fire. Corrective Actions: Mercedes-Benz will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect, and if necessary, tighten the ground connection for the 48 V electrical system under the front passenger seat.
20210642021-02-12. Electrical. Issue: On certain vehicles equipped with the emergency calling (eCall) system, the communications module may temporarily lose power during a crash. If this happens, the wrong vehicle location may be transmitted through the eCall system. This could cause emergency responders to be sent to the wrong location. Safety Risk: If the eCall system sends out the wrong location after a crash, there could be a delay in response from emergency services. Corrective Actions: Mercedes-Benz will notify owners by mail and send a wireless over-the-air update to each vehicle. If the update cannot be completed successfully, you will be notified to schedule an appointment to have the update performed by a dealer.
20194042019-08-13. Electrical. Issue: On certain vehicles, the air conditioning drain hoses may not be installed correctly. This could allow condensation water from the air conditioner to enter the passenger compartment. If this happens, nearby electrical components could corrode and/or short circuit. This could cause some electrical systems not to work properly. This includes: an inability to unlock or start the vehicle, the automatic emergency call (eCall) system may not be available, and the engine "limp home mode" could be activated. Safety Risk: A short circuit could create the risk of a fire. The failure of other electrical components could increase the risk of injury or a crash. Corrective Actions: Mercedes-Benz will notify owners by mail and instruct them to take their vehicle to a dealer to inspect the air conditioning drain hoses, and correct their installation if necessary.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
