| 2023673 | 2023-12-15. Structure. Issue: On certain vehicles, the plastic panel located between the windshield and the panoramic sunroof may not have been attached correctly during a prior service repair. Over time, the panel could loosen and separate from the vehicle. Note: This is an expansion of Transport Canada recall 2021-170. Safety Risk: A panel that detaches from a moving vehicle could create a road hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Mercedes-Benz will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the front roof panel. |

| 2018728 | 2018-12-20. Structure. On certain vehicles, the panoramic sliding sunroof could develop leaks in the areas near the curtain airbags and cause damage to the electrical contacts. In the event of a crash warranting deployment of the curtain airbags, this could cause the curtain airbag(s) not to deploy properly, increasing the risk of injury to occupants. Correction: Dealers will check the bonding of the panoramic sliding sunroof and the electrical contacts of the curtain airbags, and repair as necessary. Note: This condition may result in the illumination of an airbag warning light in the instrument cluster. |
