20214932021-08-06. Seats And Restraints. Issue: On certain vehicles, the passenger seat belt assemblies may contain defective automatic locking retractors (ALR). As a result, the seat belts may not properly lock to secure a child seat. Note: The vehicle's lower universal anchorage system (UAS) is not affected by this defect and may still be used to secure a child seat. Safety Risk: A seat belt that is used to secure a child restraint but is not properly locked could increase the risk of injury in a crash. Corrective Actions: Mercedes-Benz will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to inspect the seat belts. They will be replaced, if necessary.
20213402021-06-01. Seats And Restraints. Issue: On certain C and E-Class convertible models, the head restraints on the rear seats may not have been properly assembled. As a result, the head restraints may not latch properly, and could move or detach from the seat in a crash. Safety Risk: Head restraints that move or detach in a crash could increase the risk of an injury. Corrective Action: Mercedes-Benz will contact owners by mail and instruct you to take your car to a dealer to inspect and replace the rear seat head restraints, as required. To reduce the safety risk, Mercedes-Benz recommends that you should remove the rear seat head restraints and not use the rear seats until the recall repairs are completed.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
