20196322019-12-13. Airbag. Issue: On certain vehicles, the occupant classification system (OCS) may not work properly. In some cases, this could cause the airbag system to turn off the passenger-front airbag, even if an adult is seated in the front passenger seat. Alternatively, the airbag may not be turned off when a child seat is installed in the front passenger seat. Safety Risk: An airbag that deploys in front of a child seat, or an airbag that doesn't properly deploy in front of a passenger could increase the risk of injury in a crash. Corrective Actions: Mercedes-Benz will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to replace the front passenger seat cushion.
20174902017-10-10. Airbag. On certain vehicles, electrostatic discharge, when combined with a broken clock spring and insufficient grounding of the steering components, could lead to an inadvertent deployment of the driver's frontal airbag. Unintended airbag deployment, in a non-warranted (non-impact) situation, could startle the driver, which could result in a crash causing injury and/or property damage. In some instances, inadvertent deployment could cause minor injuries to vehicle occupants. Correction: Dealers will add sufficient grounding to the steering components. Note: A broken clock spring would result in a driver airbag warning message appearing in the instrument cluster, as well as a red airbag warning lamp illuminating.
20172062017-04-11. Airbag. Certain vehicles may have been equipped with airbag igniters that do not meet specifications. This could cause the affected airbags to fail to deploy properly in the event of a crash (where deployment is warranted), which could increase the risk of injury to vehicle occupants. Correction: Correction: Dealers will replace the affected passenger frontal airbag, knee airbag or window airbag.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
