A recall listed here may apply to a vehicle of this year, make and model. Only the manufacturer can say whether it applies to one vehicle: check the VIN with the official lookups.

Canada: Transport Canada, as of 2026-10-19
20253992025-07-30. Visual System. Issue: On certain vehicles, a software problem could cause a small part of the rearview camera image to be blocked. Canadian regulations require the full rearview image to display while the transmission is in reverse gear. Safety Risk: A rearview camera image that doesn't display properly could reduce a driver's ability to see behind the vehicle while backing up. This could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Mercedes-Benz will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, update the rearview camera software.
20215072021-08-11. Steering. Issue: On certain vehicles, the power steering control unit may corrode. If this happens, moisture could enter the control unit and cause it to fail. This could cause a loss of power steering assist. Note: This is an expansion of Mercedes-Benz recall 4694202 (Transport Canada Recall No. 2020-617). This recall only affects vehicles that were originally sold or ever registered in areas of heavy road salt usage (Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland & Labrador). Safety Risk: A loss of power steering assist would result in a sudden increase in steering effort, especially at low vehicle speeds. This could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Mercedes-Benz will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to replace the power steering control unit.
20212102021-04-07. Steering. Issue: On certain vehicles, the universal joint connection on the steering shaft could loosen over time. As a result, there could be noise or a change in steering feel. If a driver continues to operate the vehicle, the bearing could separate from the universal joint and cause a loss of steering control. Safety Risk: A loss of steering could create the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Mercedes-Benz will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to inspect the steering shaft. It will be replaced, if necessary.
20210642021-02-12. Electrical. Issue: On certain vehicles equipped with the emergency calling (eCall) system, the communications module may temporarily lose power during a crash. If this happens, the wrong vehicle location may be transmitted through the eCall system. This could cause emergency responders to be sent to the wrong location. Safety Risk: If the eCall system sends out the wrong location after a crash, there could be a delay in response from emergency services. Corrective Actions: Mercedes-Benz will notify owners by mail and send a wireless over-the-air update to each vehicle. If the update cannot be completed successfully, you will be notified to schedule an appointment to have the update performed by a dealer.
20210412021-02-01. Accessories. Issue: On certain vehicles, a software problem could cause the rearview camera image not to appear on the central display. Canadian regulations require the rearview image to display when the transmission is shifted into reverse gear. Safety Risk: A rearview camera image that does not display could reduce a driver's ability to see behind the vehicle while backing up. This could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Mercedes-Benz will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to update the head unit software.
20206172020-12-14. Steering. Issue: On certain vehicles, the power steering control unit may corrode. If this happens, moisture could enter the control unit and cause it to fail. This could cause a loss of power steering assist. Note: This recall only affects vehicles that were originally sold or ever registered in areas of heavy road salt usage (Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland & Labrador).

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
