Service bulletins for the 2024 Mazda Mazda3

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

255 on file from NHTSA, as of 2026-10-19.

SA-068-232023-11-01. Service bulletin. STRUCTURE:BODY:ROOF AND PILLARS. Some vehicles may have a water leak and/or a technician may find water inside the cabin or within a component. The source of the leak may be from between the doors at the B-pillar. To correct this concern, there was a mass production change (MPC) on January 14, 2021 to reduce the gap (as seen in the image below).
SA-039-23a2023-10-05. Service bulletin. STRUCTURE; VISIBILITY:POWER WINDOW DEVICES AND CONTROLS. Some vehicles may experience exterior trim heat damage when parked near a glass building or Low-E windows. This may be caused by the sun's reflection.
09-033-232023-10-05. Service bulletin. STRUCTURE. Some vehicles may exhibit that the glass run channel of the front door interferes with the rear door garnish. Since the front door glass run channel is not fixed to the door strongly enough for the following situations, cycles of door operation may result in interference and lead to damage on the seal rubber at the rear door. When the front door glass is closed, the glass run channel may be forced to move to the B pillar side. In very hot climates, the glass run channel may expand to the B pillar side.
SA-039-232023-08-05. Service bulletin. STRUCTURE. Some vehicles may experience exterior trim heat damage when parked near a glass building or Low-E windows. This may be caused by the sun's reflection.

The summaries are NHTSA's. Each bulletin's page links NHTSA's copy of the manufacturer's document.
