SA-027-23c2023-12-05. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; UNKNOWN OR OTHER; EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY. In-Vehicle Network Malfunction error message and Master Warning light ON with DTC U3000:04 (Telematics communication unit internal malfunction) stored.
09-039-232023-12-05. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT:ELECTRICAL:INFOTAINMENT; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; EQUIPMENT:ELECTRICAL:INFOTAINMENT:SOFTWARE. Some customers may experience no sound from the audio system and/or the audio source cannot be changed. This concern may be caused by the remote tuner not operating properly under certain situations. To eliminate this concern, the remote tuner control software has been modified.
SA-032-23a2023-11-02. Service bulletin. ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY. If you encounter any type of electrical concern (e.g, dead battery, engine no start, DTC(s) stored...), interview the customer before proceeding with normal MGSS diagnosis by asking if any aftermarket devices have been installed. Aftermarket devices may be the cause of the electrical concern. Below are a few examples of unusual electrical concerns caused by aftermarket devices.
SA-059-232023-11-01. Service bulletin. VISIBILITY:POWER WINDOW DEVICES AND CONTROLS; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. When the power windows are operated many times without being fully closed, small errors of the window position sensor may accumulate and cause improper operation of the jam-safe function. To reduce the risk of this occurrence, the AUTO function is disabled if the power window is operated 10 consecutive times without being fully closed (turning the ignition OFF and then ON does not reset the counting). If the power window is fully closed before the 10th time, the counting restarts and the AUTO function is not deactivated.
SA-058-232023-11-01. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT:ELECTRICAL:INFOTAINMENT:SOFTWARE; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Some customers may experience the rear subwoofer audio sound pauses at volume level 38 and above and the condition is most pronounced with high base setting +3 - +9. This may be cause by an infotainment software error.
