P20F8:00 - Swirl control circuit range/performance problem. • The DTC is caused by overheating of the Swirl Control Valve (SCV) motor which leads to duty limitation, causing poor openingangle response and resulting in stuck judgment. To eliminate this concern, the PCM control software has been modified. |
| 09-004-26 | 2026-02-03. Service bulletin. SEATS. Some vehicles may exhibit a crack in the door side of the front seat cushion trim. Cracks develop along the areas where wrinkles form when weight is applied to the seat. When exiting the vehicle, the door-side surface of the cushion trim may be folded and compressed. When entering the vehicle, the surface of the cushion bolster may be rubbed and stretched. Repeated occurrences of these conditions may result in a crack forming in the surface of the seat cushion trim. To eliminate this concern, the material of the door-side surface of the front seat cushion trim has been modified to improve tear strength and scratch resistance. |
| 09-001-26 | 2026-02-03. Service bulletin. SEATS. There are wrinkles on the leather seat cushion and/or seat back surface at PDI, when new vehicle is delivered, or when new upholstery is installed under Warranty repair. NOTE: This repair is not a permanent fix, it is meant to make new seats look their best when the vehicle is first presented to the customer. Wrinkles may not be completely removed after the repair is completed. Leather is a natural material and may develop some wrinkles due to aging and wear during normal usage. |
| SA-061-25 | 2026-01-04. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. If you encounter any type of electrical concern (e.g, dead battery, engine no start, DTC(s) stored...), interview the customer before proceeding with normal MGSS diagnosis by asking if any aftermarket devices have been installed. | SA-017-25d | 2026-01-03. Service bulletin. UNKNOWN OR OTHER; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Mazda Connect Services - Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) |
| 09-045-25 | 2026-01-03. Service bulletin. STRUCTURE:BODY. Some customers may experience that the fuel lid and charge lid do not lock or unlock during door lock/unlock operation. This is caused by: Improper dimensional accuracy of the lid actuator lock mechanism Incomplete control logic in the R-ESU software To eliminate this concern: The mold design of the lid actuator was modified. The control software of the R-ESU was revised. |
| SA-056-25 | 2025-12-05. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN. When inspected, the differential or PTO oil is dark or black. This is considered normal and NO repair should be performed. During production, differential ring and pinion gears receive a manganese phosphate coating (commonly referred to as black oxide). This coating forms a porous, oil-retentive surface that improves boundary lubrication and reduces adhesive wear during initial contact cycles. Designed as a sacrificial layer, it is gradually removed under load throughout the break-in process. As a result, after the first few hundred miles, or at the initial gear oil service interval, the lubricant may appear darkened by the worn-off coating. It will contain trace ferrous particles from the normal run-in of the gear teeth and bearing surfaces. This condition is expected and does not, by itself, indicate an issue with the differential or PTO gears. |
| SA-055-25 | 2025-12-05. Service bulletin. SERVICE BRAKES. Some vehicles exhibit brake related concerns such as brake noise, brake judder or brake dragging. If you encounter a customer complaint for any one of these symptoms, refer to the following information to understand why symptoms may occur, and to better assist the customer in resolving their specific brake concern. NOTE: Before following this Service Alert repair procedure, ensure published TSBs in MGSS have been completed per model year. |
| SA-052-25 | 2025-12-05. Service bulletin. ENGINE; POWER TRAIN. Some customer's might state that they notice fluid or oil leaking/dripping on the ground when the vehicle is parked. For this concern, inspect the vehicle for any trace of a fluid or oil leak and use the following examples as a guide to determine if it is severe enough to require a repair, or just to clean the area and monitor it at the next service. Examples of residue or seepage that may not be considered a leak and that may not require repair based on splash shield inspection. |
| SA-051-25 | 2025-12-05. Service bulletin. STEERING; SUSPENSION; POWER TRAIN; WHEELS. Noise, Vibration, and Harshness (NVH) Diagnostic Guidelines Diagnostic Guidelines When diagnosing NVH concerns, it is essential to first classify the issue into one of three primary categories: Noise, Vibration, or Harshness. Many customer complaints may involve overlapping symptoms, such as both noise and vibration, so identifying the dominant characteristic is critical. Once the primary symptom is determined, follow the appropriate diagnostic path. For example, if a concern includes both noise and vibration but is related to vehicle speed, the vibration diagnostic path should be followed. When considering component replacement during the diagnostic process, it is best practice to start with the lowest cost or most accessible part unless diagnostic evidence clearly identifies a more expensive or complex component as the root cause. This approach helps minimize repair costs and avoids unnecessary part replacements. For example, a growling or bearing whine noise may be mistakenly attributed to internal components in the differential, transfer unit, or transmission, when the actual source is a wheel bearing. Misdiagnosis like this can lead to unnecessary repairs, added time and cost. To help prevent this, always follow the guidelines in the repair procedure. |
| SA-020-25a | 2025-12-05. Service bulletin. WHEELS. There have been warranty claims submitted for growling or bearing whine noise in differentials, transfer units and transmissions where the source of the noise was a wheel bearing. This misdiagnosis can lead to multiple repair attempts, warranty debits, and additional inconvenience and/or cost to the customer. To reduce the chance of this occurring, please follow the steps outlined in the repair procedure. |
| 09-041-25 | 2025-12-04. Service bulletin. VISIBILITY/WIPER. Some vehicles may exhibit a distortion in the front windshield causing a distorted view. This is caused by the distortion test process during manufacturing not being conducted correctly. To eliminate this concern, the distortion test process has been modified to perform it on all units during manufacturing. |
| 09-010-25b | 2025-12-04. Service bulletin. STRUCTURE:BODY. Some customers may complain about a rattle from the sunroof (panorama roof) area. Make sure to read the complete repair procedure before attempting any repairs as the sunroof may have rattles from more than one location. The rattle noise may be caused by: Looseness in the side cover fitting part 1. Looseness in the cross brace cover clip 2. Looseness in the movable part inside the sunroof unit 3. To eliminate this concern, the following changes have been implemented. CAUSE 1: The shape of the side cover and clips have been modified to reduce the movement causing the rattle noise CAUSE 2: Improvement of the assembly process CAUSE 3: Modification of dimensions of the moving parts |
| SA-047-25 | 2025-11-05. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; UNKNOWN OR OTHER.
