B1B36:14 Front corner ultrasonic sensor (RH) circuit malfunction B1B36:2A Front corner ultrasonic sensor (RH) characteristic malfunction B1B38:14 Front ultrasonic sensor (RH) circuit malfunction B1B38:2A Front ultrasonic sensor (RH) characteristic malfunction B1B40:14 Front corner ultrasonic sensor (LH) circuit malfunction B1B40:2A Front corner ultrasonic sensor (LH) characteristic malfunction B1B42:14 Front ultrasonic sensor (LH) circuit malfunction B1B42:2A Front ultrasonic sensor (LH) characteristic malfunction Due to insufficient waterproof performance of the front harness short cords (1), water may enter in and accumulate in the C-11 (LH) or C-12 (RH) connectors (2) causing a short circuit between wires and an improper signal being sent from the parking (ultrasonic) sensor to the parking sensor unit. To eliminate this concern, the production process of the front harness short cord has been improved to increase waterproof performance.
09-018-22b2022-12-02. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Some vehicles may experience the symptoms mentioned below, which can be fixed with the latest software update (Version 74.00.324 or later). 04-004-222022-12-02. Service bulletin. SERVICE BRAKES. Front Brake Noise Symptom 1: Some vehicles may exhibit a click noise when first moving forward or reverse from a stop OR when first applying the brakes while moving forward at slow speeds. This is caused by deteriorated grease between the brake pads and the shim, the front brake pads move upward/downward along with the brake rotors during brake application. When the vehicle moves or the brakes are applied the next time, the front brake pads move to the other side, which causes a click noise. Front Brake Noise Symptom 2: Some vehicles may exhibit the brakes having an unusual noise or vibration when applying the brake. This is caused by rust on the brake disk plate's surface. Rear Brake Noise Symptom 1: Some vehicles may exhibit a squeak noise from the rear brakes while braking lightly and occurs more frequently when driving at slow speeds. The noise is caused by poor contact between the guide plate and the mounting support. To eliminate this concern, the material of the pads has been changed to copper-free and the specification of the shims has been changed to a coated spring with tape. Rear Brake Noise Symptom 2: Some vehicles equipped with an electric parking brake (EPB) may exhibit a grinding noise from the rear brakes when braking. This may be caused by the rear brake pads not having the capability to remove the rust from the rear brake discs. The red rust accumulated on the discs is exposed to high temperatures during braking, and consequently the rust turns black. As the black rust is too hard to be removed by the brake pads, the rust progress is accelerated, resulting in the grinding noise.
02-004-22a2022-12-02. Service bulletin. SUSPENSION. Some customers may complain of signs of oil on the struts or shock absorbers. In most cases the oil that is present is normal, and a result of the oil that remains on the shaft during the normal sweeping process of the shaft seal. Follow the inspection guidelines below to determine if the condition is a result of the normal sweeping process or a failure of the shaft seal.
SA-068-222022-11-04. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN. The new SKYACTIV-DRIVE FW6A-EL AT uses "Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) Type: FZ". Only use "ATF-FZ" to fill or top off the fluid level. ATF-FZ is specially designed for use in the SKYACTIV-DRIVE series AT. It is a low viscosity formula with less friction for better fuel economy. NOTE: ATF-FZ is colored blue for easy identification.
SA-067-222022-11-04. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Some customers may complain about the following message displayed in the Multi-Information Display: In the following cases, the MRCC with Stop & Go function system is canceled when the vehicle is traveling at 19 mph (30 km/h) or less: * The Forward Sensing Camera (FSC) cannot detect target objects due to one of the following: - The windshield is dirty - The FSC lens is foggy - There is low visibility due to rain, fog or snow - It is at night and there is not enough light - There is direct or reflected sunlight on the FSC - There is problem with the FSC * There is a problem with the AUTOHOLD control function. * There is a problem with the electric parking brake (EPB).
SA-066-222022-11-04. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Some vehicles may have one of the following DTCs stored in memory along with a system status notice on the Multi-information display OR display a system status notice with no DTC: * C1001:92 - Forward sensing camera (FSC) poor field of view [Gen 6 vehicles] * B14F0:92 - General temporary failure in forward sensing camera (FSC) [Gen 7 vehicles built on or before March 2, 2019] * No DTC - Warning Message only [Gen 7 vehicles built after March 2, 2019] DTC C1001:92 or B14F0:92 set as a past record for low visibility of the Forward Sensing Camera (FSC). It does not mean there is an actual FSC defect. * In some cases the customer may have a concern with the Lane Departure Warning System (LDWS) and/or High Beam Control system (HBC). * In other cases this DTC might be found without a related customer concern. NOTE: In most cases, no dealer visit is necessary.
SA-065-222022-11-04. Service bulletin. ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING. 09-032-22a2022-10-06. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Some vehicles may experience the seat ventilation system still on after the engine has been turned off, in some cases this causes the battery to be completely discharged and not rechargeable. This is caused by a deterioration in the seat ventilation control unit. To eliminate this concern, the material for the circuit of the seat ventilation control unit has been modified.
09-030-22a2022-10-06. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Some vehicles may experience the MyMazda App not communicating to the vehicle properly which may result in the condition monitor information is not refreshed or remote door lock/unlock not functioning. This is caused by a failure in communication between the telematics communication unit and the MyMazda App. To correct this issue, the control software of the telematics communication unit has been modified.
09-020-22a2022-10-06. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Some vehicles may exhibit a warning message displayed in the center display a few seconds after the brake system warning light in the instrument cluster has flashed for a moment at the time of departure or stop of the vehicle. This is caused by improper control logic of the gateway unit (GWU). To eliminate this concern, the logic of the GWU has been changed so that a failure determination is not made unless a signal of the brake fluid level sensor lowering has been continued for more than 5 seconds. NOTE: - This modification is only to prevent the warning message displayed in the center display due to changes in the fluid level. Therefore, the brake warning light may be still momentarily illuminated in the instrument cluster when the fluid level fluctuates by vehicle movement. - If the brake system warning light still stays on, the brake fluid amount may be low. In that case, diagnose the vehicle according to the instructions on MGSS.

The summaries are NHTSA's. Each bulletin's page links NHTSA's copy of the manufacturer's document.
