Some customers may notice an abnormal noise (i.e. whine, groan, rattle or squeak) coming from the front combination lights when turning them on, or a few minutes after turning them off. The noise may be due to contamination by foreign matter during the manufacturing process. The fan motor bearing may become worn out during use. To eliminate the noise, the production process at the supplier and the material has been modified.
09-014-232023-03-03. Service bulletin. STRUCTURE:BODY:DOOR; VISIBILITY. Some vehicles may experience white-streak stains appearing on the front door that look like they seeped out from under the outer mirror base. This is caused by water intruding from gaps of the outer mirror body and/or the hinge of the outer mirror, and corrosion occurring on the aluminum die-cast inner base in the outer mirror. Water, including white-salty corrosion, may drip out from gaps under the outer mirror base resulting in white stains on the front door. To eliminate this concern, the front outer mirror inner base has been modified.
09-012-232023-03-03. Service bulletin. UNKNOWN OR OTHER; SEATS. Some customers may complain that the seat warmer does not operate when turning the ignition on while the seat is warm but when turning the ignition off then on again, the seat warmer begins to operate appropriately. DTCs “B1030:13” and/or “B1032:13” are stored. This is caused by the seat warmer's fail-safe mode which prevents it from working during the initial drive cycle. To correct this issue, the seat warmer has been modified to optimize the temperature control. B1030:13 Seat warmer unit (LH) circuit malfunction (Heater side), B1032:13 Seat warmer unit (RH) circuit malfunction (Heater side)

Some customers may report hearing an unusual noise coming from the power liftgate (PLG) when it is unlatching to open or latching closed. This is caused by an internal fault in the liftgate latch and/or loose bolts holding the latch to the liftgate. To eliminate this concern, the internal structure of the latch and surface treatment of the bolts have been modified.
01-005-232023-03-03. Service bulletin. ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING. Some customers may experience the check engine light ON with DTC P0126:00 (Thermostat stuck open) and one or more of the following symptoms: The engine takes longer to warm up. The engine temperature gauge fluctuates. The low coolant temperature indicator (blue) light stays on longer or comes on while driving. Poor heater performance, especially at idle. NOTE: Vehicles with SKYACTIV-G 2.5T are not applicable. If DTC P2B61:00 (Coolant control valve circuit range/performance) accompanies DTC P0126:00, this TSB is not applicable. Diagnose according to the instructions on MGSS online. Due to production variety of the failsafe thermostat integrated in the coolant control valve, engine coolant may enter into a dry hollow in the failsafe thermostat, resulting in unintended opening of the failsafe thermostat at lower temperatures (104-176 °F (40-80 °C)). To eliminate this concern, the production process of the coolant control valve has been modified.
09-006-232023-02-02. Service bulletin. STRUCTURE. When encountering a vehicle with paint damage, refer to the "Mazda Paint Warranty Guide" to determine cause, prevention, remedy, and warranty coverage (if applicable).

Some vehicles may exhibit DTC U3000:04 (Telematics communication unit internal malfunction) stored after the connected service contract has been discontinued (only vehicles in which the customer opted out of CV services are affected - CSP04). This is caused by improper control software of telematics communication unit. To eliminate this concern, the control software of telematics communication unit has been modified.
01-003-232023-02-02. Service bulletin. ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING. Some vehicles may have a "LOW ENGINE OIL LEVEL" warning message and an engine oil level warning light on in the instrument cluster with DTC P250F:00 stored in memory, and the oil level has actually decreased to near low. - DTC P250F:00 - Engine oil level signal: engine oil level low This is caused by an oil consumption increase due to damage of the valve seals on the exhaust side. To eliminate this concern, the design of these valve seals has been modified.
SA-006/232023-02-02. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Some customers may complain about the infotainment system and/or the MyMazda App showing incorrect clock and/or tire pressures and/or tire pressure missing. This may be caused by: - Incorrect calendar entry (month/day/year) after a battery disconnect - Infotainment system software update. - BCM TPMS unlearn during vehicle storage or transport. - Wheel/Tire change

09-001-22b2023-01-05. Service bulletin. STRUCTURE:BODY:DOOR; STRUCTURE.
07-004-22b2023-01-05. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; VISIBILITY:DEFROSTER/DEFOGGER/HVAC SYSTEM. Some customers may complain the A/C blows warm. This may be caused by one of two things. Cause 1: After accelerating in hot weather, the A/C blows warm air for a longer time than other models. This is caused by improper control software of the PCM not allowing the A/C compressor to resume properly after acceleration. During a hard acceleration above a certain throttle level opening, the PCM stops the A/C compressor operation for better acceleration. It then resumes the compressor operation after the acceleration. To eliminate this concern, the control software of the PCM has been modified. Cause 2: Insufficient cooling performance at ambient temperature of around 68 °F (20 °C) in daytime. This is caused when both the ambient temperature and the cabin temperature are at around 20 °C (68 °F), auto A/C set at around 20 °C (68 °F) may not cool down the cabin temperature properly. To eliminate this concern, control software of the dash-electrical supply unit (Dash-ESU) has been modified.
04-006-222023-01-05. Service bulletin. SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC. Some customers may complain about hearing a grinding noise and/or vibration occur when applying the brake. This is due to rust on the rear brake disc plate.
01-017-222023-01-05. Service bulletin. ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING. Some vehicles may experience an engine stall when hard accelerating from a stop (often difficult to reproduce on a test drive), no codes are stored and the vehicle easily restarts with no other drivability concerns. This is only caused in certain situations by the torque reduction calibration in the PCM software. To correct this issue, the control software of the PCM has been modified to optimize the torque reduction feature.
