09-046-222022-12-02. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Some customers may experience that, with a specific operation, the touch sensor of front door outer handle does not lock and unlock the doors but the remote transmitter operates correctly. Description of the specific operations: - Specific Operation 1 [MX-30]: After using cabin preconditioning or hazard warning lights for approx.15 minutes. - Specific Operation 2 [MAZDA3 and CX-30]: After using hazard warning lights for approx. 15 minutes. - Specific Operation 3 [MAZDA3, CX-30 and MX-30]: When both touch sensors are touched at once. - Specific Operation 1 and 2 Cause: The touch sensor has been disabled to avoid the unintended locking/unlocking operation caused by rain. - Specific Operation 3 Cause: The control logic is not appropriate. To correct this issue, the control software of the LF control unit (LFU) has been modified.

DTCs "B1030:13" and/or "B1032:13" are stored. This is caused by the seat warmer's fail-safe mode which prevents it from working during the initial drive cycle. To correct this issue, the seat warmer has been modified to optimize the temperature control. - B1030:13 Seat warmer unit (LH) circuit malfunction (Heater side) - B1032:13 Seat warmer unit (RH) circuit malfunction (Heater side)
09-019-22a2022-12-02. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Some customers may experience one or both of the following symptoms while locking and unlocking the doors works fine using the remote transmitter. - Symptom 1: The touch sensor of the front door outer handle does not lock the doors after rain and/or car washing, even though unlocking is possible. - Symptom 2: The touch sensor of the front door outer handle does not unlock the doors. - Cause 1 (for Symptom 1): Water may accumulate around the touch sensor in the outer handle, resulting in temporary lower sensitivity of the capacitive sensor. Also, if car wash foam gets inside the outer handle while washing the vehicle, the foam may disturb the touch sensor detection. Mazda is still working on a mass production change for this concern. - Cause 2 (for Symptom 2): Improper soldering in the production process may disturb the touch sensor detection. To eliminate this concern, the production process has been modified.

07-004-22a2022-11-04. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Some customers may complain the A/C blows warm. This may be caused by one of two things. Cause 1: After accelerating in hot weather, the A/C blows warm air for a longer time than other models. This is caused by improper control software of the PCM not allowing the A/C compressor to resume properly after acceleration. During a hard acceleration above a certain throttle level opening, the PCM stops the A/C compressor operation for better acceleration. It then resumes the compressor operation after the acceleration. To eliminate this concern, the control software of the PCM has been modified. Cause 2: Insufficient cooling performance at ambient temperature of around 68 °F (20 °C) in daytime. This is caused when both the ambient temperature and the cabin temperature are at around 20 °C (68 °F), auto A/C set at around 20 °C (68 °F) may not cool down the cabin temperature properly. To eliminate this concern, control software of the dash-electrical supply unit (Dash-ESU) has been modified.
