Canada: Transport Canada, as of 2026-10-19
20246322024-10-24. Brakes. Issue: On certain trucks, poor signal strength could cause the electronic control unit (ECU) to stop working or not to work properly. As a result, some safety systems may not work, including the antilock braking system, automatic traction control, electronic stability control, active cruise control and the collision mitigation system. Safety Risks: Vehicle safety systems that don't work correctly could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Mack will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your truck to a dealership to reprogram the ECU software.
20213432021-06-02. Wheels. Issue: On certain trucks, the hubcaps may be defective and could come loose or detach while driving. Safety Risk: A hubcap that detaches from the truck could create a road hazard for others. Corrective Actions: Mack will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your truck to a dealer to remove the hubcaps.
20211242021-03-09. Lights And Instruments. Issue: On certain trucks, when the manual override is used to switch off the daytime running lamps (DRLs), the lights may not turn on again when you start driving. Canadian regulations require that if DRLs are manually turned off, they must turn on again when you start driving. Safety Risk: Driving without daytime running lights could make the vehicle less visible to others and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Mack will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your truck to a dealer to update the vehicle software.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
