(Mack) is recalling certain 2020-2025 Mack MD, 2019-2025 Anthem, Granite, 2024 MD Electric, and 2025 Pinnacle trucks equipped with a passenger bench seat. The seat belt anchorage bracket may be improperly welded. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 210, "Seat Belt Assembly Anchorages." |

| 21V684000 | 2021-09-01. SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC:PEDALS AND LINKAGES. Mack Trucks, Inc. (Mack) is recalling certain 2020-2022 Mack MD vehicles. The cotter pin that retains the brake pedal clevis pin may not have been properly installed, which could result in an unsecured brake pedal. NHTSA advises: do not drive until the repair is done. |
| 21V574000 | 2021-07-27. SUSPENSION:FRONT:SPRINGS:LEAF SPRING ASSEMBLY:HANGER,BRACKET. Mack Trucks, Inc. (Mack) is recalling certain 2022 Medium-Duty Trucks. The spring hanger brackets on the front suspension may have loose bolts. |
| 2025531 | 2025-10-06. Seats And Restraints. Issue: On certain trucks, the passenger-side seat belt anchor may not have been secured to the floor properly. As a result, the seat belt could detach in a crash. Note: For the MD model, this recall also affects certain 2025 model year MD electric vehicles. Safety Risk: A seat belt that detaches could increase the risk of injury in a crash. Corrective Actions: Mack will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your truck to a dealership to reinforce the passenger-side seat belt anchor. |
|---|---|
| 2021616 | 2021-10-06. Lights And Instruments. Issue: On certain trucks, the tail lamps do not turn on when the daytime running lamps (DRLs) are on. New Canadian regulations require that, if a vehicle has dash backlighting, the low beam headlamps and tail lamps must automatically switch on when it is dark or the tail lamps must stay on at all times. Safety Risk: Driving without tail lamps in low light conditions could make the truck less visible and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Mack will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your truck to a dealer to update the vehicle software. |
A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
