By component

United States: NHTSA, as of 2026-10-19
25V6660002025-10-06. SEAT BELTS:FRONT:ANCHORAGE. Mack Trucks, Inc. (Mack) is recalling certain 2020-2025 Mack MD, 2019-2025 Anthem, Granite, 2024 MD Electric, and 2025 Pinnacle trucks equipped with a passenger bench seat. The seat belt anchorage bracket may be improperly welded. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 210, "Seat Belt Assembly Anchorages."
21V6840002021-09-01. SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC:PEDALS AND LINKAGES. Mack Trucks, Inc. (Mack) is recalling certain 2020-2022 Mack MD vehicles. The cotter pin that retains the brake pedal clevis pin may not have been properly installed, which could result in an unsecured brake pedal. NHTSA advises: do not drive until the repair is done.
Canada: Transport Canada, as of 2026-10-19
20255312025-10-06. Seats And Restraints. Issue: On certain trucks, the passenger-side seat belt anchor may not have been secured to the floor properly. As a result, the seat belt could detach in a crash. Note: For the MD model, this recall also affects certain 2025 model year MD electric vehicles. Safety Risk: A seat belt that detaches could increase the risk of injury in a crash. Corrective Actions: Mack will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your truck to a dealership to reinforce the passenger-side seat belt anchor.
20211242021-03-09. Lights And Instruments. Issue: On certain trucks, when the manual override is used to switch off the daytime running lamps (DRLs), the lights may not turn on again when you start driving. Canadian regulations require that if DRLs are manually turned off, they must turn on again when you start driving. Safety Risk: Driving without daytime running lights could make the vehicle less visible to others and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Mack will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your truck to a dealer to update the vehicle software.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
