| 2024194 | 2024-03-27. Electrical. Issue: On certain trucks, the fuse for the methane detection system may not have been installed during production. As a result, the methane detector may not work. Note: This recall only affects trucks equipped with a natural gas engine. Safety Risk: A methane detection system that doesn't work could increase the risk of fire or injury. Corrective Actions: Mack will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your truck to a dealership to install the methane detection system fuse. |

| 2023630 | 2023-11-22. Electrical. Issue: On certain trucks, the engine may not return to idle if the accelerator pedal position sensor becomes disconnected. As a result, the trucks don't meet certain requirements of Canadian regulations. Safety Risk: An engine that doesn't return to idle could cause a loss of control and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Mack will notify owners by mail. The corrective actions for this recall are under development. |
