| 2009199 | 2009-07-07. Suspension. On certain vehicles, the front axle beam may not have been manufactured correctly. |---|---|
| 2005098 | 2005-04-06. Steering. On certain trucks, the upper and lower steering shaft pinch bolts were improperly tightened. As a result, the steering shaft could come loose which could lead to a sudden loss of vehicle control and a crash. Correction: Dealers will inspect the torque at the suspect joints, and correct if necessary. |
| 2004218 | 2004-07-07. Brakes. On certain vehicles equipped with 18,000 lb and 20,000 lb front axle assemblies, the front brake chamber is too small to meet the stopping distance requirements of CMVSS 121. Correction: Dealer will replace the type-20 brake chamber with a larger type-24 brake chamber. |
